Just a little Q-view. Two more in the fridge. I am going to attempt to smoke them tonight and take them camping with me this weekend. Wish me luck!! Will post more pics during and after the smoke.

Done. All in one piece and glazed with a little maple syrup. They look darker than what they are in the pics.

and I think I figured out my tuning plates during the cook.  Started off with a 25 degree difference from one end to the other but after a little adjusting I got it within 5 degrees during the whole cook
