The TBS was so fine you can't see it in the photo! Mix of apple and cherry with 365 brand lump. Started low and slow around 200º


Yep that is a New York on there too! Used a store bought rub on the pork loin chops. SPOG on the New York


You all should know the drill by now. Pull the smoke chamber off and go to the direct grill!

Thanks Bear! Both the steak and the pork chops turned out great! You would appreciate the table I used next to the smoker. Was a 1 gallon inverted plant container!
