Didn't post pics of this, as these are simple and fairly self explanatory. I've made these several times and they've been a HUGE hit each time. I find myself being asked to make these quite often.
Ingredients:
bacon
Cream cheese
jalapeno slices (can use the circular slices, but they sell some in a jar that are cut longer than the regular slices. These are easier)
toothpics
Take a jalapeno slice and top it with 1/2 teaspoon to a full teaspoon (preference) of cream cheese. Wrap the two with a piece of bacon and stick a toothpick through it to hold it all together. This is quite time consuming depending on how many you are making, but well worth it.
Next, I like to place mine on a sheet of foil on the smoker and let it cook until the bacon is done. The foil holds the juices and helps it cook, and keeps the flavor in. Once the bacon is cooked to preference, take them off the smoker and let them cool. Enjoy.
