Hi! I've been lurking here for quite some time and now I'm starting to build my smoker (from an old fridge), hopefully in time for deer season. I've read a lot of stuff here and learned quite a bit from the community, thank you! I can't wait to try my hand at smoking. My only experience thus far is making goose sausage and smoking some snack sticks with a charcoal smoker I borrowed from a friend. I get a lot of meat from wild game so having a nice reliable smoker will be awesome. If you can take a look at my thread and provide any insight or tips that you have I'd really appreciate it!
