Here is right before a light saucing.

Little closer look.

Just unwrapped & ready to slice.

Not a very good picture - I'm gonna blame that one on me  th_dunno-1[1].gif

Here is a better pic showing how moist it is.

Very tender & juicy with great flavor  :drool   :banana_smiley:

During the rest I grabbed the jus.

I also grabbed a few potatoes dug the other day.

Started simmering the jus & boiling a couple of the potatoes.

I mixed up a batch of Strawberry Stuff.

And baked a potato.

I also cut the special brownies.

When the potatoes were done boiling, I made mashed taters with a healthy dose of garlic for Dave & Disco.

Nice looking, surprizing turn on the burnt ends. I am going to try rubbinbg 'em next time like that, (I don't do burnt ends I like brisket and its all brisket to me, just with a grain in different direction). Everyone else maybe used to 'em, but they are different to me.

Really nice looking brisket. Takes a cut, juicy, and I assume tender....... Nice job.

And here are the special brownies I didn't get a chance to put up before I fell asleep  th_dunno-1[1].gif

These are infused with cheesecake, pieces of bacon & genuine bacon oil  :yahoo:  I call them special brownies because I consider them a special treat  :drool

They went very, very well with the brisket last night.

These things are such a treat  :drool  :32:  :drool  Mmmmmmm delicious!  nana2.gif
