Tried my first fatties this weekend:
1.) Sausage, roasted peppers, onion, mushrooms, and provolone cheese. Smoked @250 until IT of 165. Charcoal and cherry.
2.) Sausage, spinach, olives, mushrooms, and feta cheese. Smoked @250 until IT of 165. Charcoal and cherry.
Results were excellent!
