Here's some ongoing pics.  I brined it two days ago for for hours then dry rubbed it.  Tonight i'm smoking, i've got some tbs flowing after getting to temp.

Home Made BBQ Sauce

Dry Rubbed

Tried hard to get true blue smoke but temp kept spiking or the smoke got really heavy and white

1.5 hrs in nice smoke

looks dry but it was dark and the camera flash makes it look like that.

Sliced and ready to eat

howdy all....I need some help. I'm gonna smoke my first pork loin. I've got my dry rib ready, but I'm not sure how to do it on a regular old Weber charcoal grill. any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

Looks good. That's the first thing I chose to smoke. You can really get a nice bark on that cut in a short period of time. Probably going to do another in a few weeks.
