Had some family over for Dinner and wanted to do a Smoke, so I got a couple Pork Loins from the Store. Put my Fav Rub on them... THEN wrap them all in BACON!!!! 3hrs at 225 done Perfect and so moist on the inside, also for the last hour I put in Corn on the cob with Butter and Smoked Salt and pepper perfect!!!!
