Just joined and I was encouraged to post an intro here. I have been smoking for a few years now, but always, always learning. Just got done smoking an 8lb picnic butt on my Masterbuilt propane vertical using a mix of pecan and cherry (because that's all I had left) on a beautiful day here in NJ.
