Sure there are but most of the cuts are better Smoked to an IT of 130-140°F, tops. This will be Med/Rare to Medium, and juicy when sliced. Anything you can make Roast Beef out of is good. Rump Roast, Top Butt Sirloin, Rib Roast, Tri-Tip, even Flank Steak makes great Smoked Beef just don't over cook it and Pulling, an IT of 205°F, is not an option...JJ
