I just joined the site today and I am using my Brinkmann electric smokers for the first time today too. Making a pork butt and ribs. I did some research first but missed the part about a spray bottle so hopefully everything will still come out yummy!
I have Fridays off so hoping to spend the next few trying different meat/fish/chicken in the smoker! My hubby want salmon so any suggestions on how to do salmon would be great!
I've enjoyed everything I've read so far so I expect I'll enjoy it even more as a member
