The pics aren't in any order because they're from 2 weekends at a campsite... but man o' man, I got to mix some lamb in with the chicken, pork, and sausage... without any complaints from my wife!

Bearcarver( or anyone else in the greater Lehigh Valley) needs to come to Alburtis for Halloween, it's going to be beautiful with this in my front yard.

The food looks excellent, but I just kept looking at those skewers - I assume the flat design keeps the meat from spinning on the skewer, good idea

Very well done! Those look great! I like to put shrimp on skewers for the grill or smoker.

Thanks for sharing the pics, food looks awsome. I really like that kabab grill of yours, pretty slick!

I just picked up 10 more skewers, so now I can pre-load.

I'm thinking about turning some of the various ABTs from here into kabobs.
My next run at it is going to isn't until next weekend but some of the mixes will be:

chicken liver and bacon
bacon, shrimp, and jalapeno
tenderloin, pickled red onion and bacon
andouille and cherry peppers

i know the last one will work together because last weekend I stuffed andouille into the peppers and then stuffed those into a 6 lb bird that went on the rotisserie above a campfire.

EDIT!
Add Bmudd's moinks to that!

Moinks has me thinking about mini fatties...icon_twisted.gif
