Was hoping to have more pics but the damn thing won't cook. Had to foil it around 5 this morning due to a bad tempt stall and it has only risen 20 degrees in 4 hrs. It's 173 now. I bumped the heat up to 250. I hope someone sees this and gives me some help, SOON!!!!

Bump he temp up to 275°

Not a problem bumping your temp up to get by a stall.... You can even go to 275.. See what its doing at 250 for now

It's at 182 now. I went ahead and bumped it up to 275. Sucks because I had very little bark when I foiled it and I'm not going to be able to unfoil it to get a bark

Ok it's stuck again at 197 IT. I'm already late for work. If I put another layer of foil, wrap it in a towel and put it in a cooler will it still rise in tempt and be ok? I have a 45 minute drive to work.

I pulled it at 199. I'm very late for work. It's wrapped in several layers of foil then towels and stuffed in a cooler. Hoping it will be alright.

I don't foil anymore....but if you are crunched for time...and the meat has hit a stall....foil.  If it doesn't stall on you....let it ride thru to the end.

My 2 cents again!  (maybe I am up to a dollar now?)

Pics won't load but it turned out great. An 11lb butt is almost gone and its been out for 30 minutes. When I took it out of the foil, the smell of goodness filled my store. Employees were telling me that costumers were even commenting on how good it smells in here.

Dude that's fantastic, great job, give yourself a pat on the back, did you save some for the challenger?

Yes, I fixed him a beautiful plate and he hasn't touched it. I figured as much though. Everyone has been giving him hell all week about it and he extremely pissed. I love it.

This guy has issues, if you handed me a plate of pulled pork you spent 11+ hours slaving over you would probably be missing a few fingers!

I always say Give credit where credit is due and you my friend deserve the credit.
