Finally, I Got Tender Ribs

I have been battling with ribs for a while now and finally got some tender good tasting ribs. I basically did the Myron Mixon method: marinade ginger ale, OJ, and ranch seasoning; sits in foil baking pan for first few hours; add apple juice to pan and cover; take off foil and empty out juice for the last hour. Here is the Q-view:

Those look good! I smoke mine for the time/temp MM does, but I don't marinade nor use a pan. On the grate, then foil, then on the grate for saucing.

Great job!

Thanks David and Husker! Now I just have to figure out how to properly trim them so they look pretty like in the competitions :)
