Hello, all! Been lurking around for a while, and really appreciate all the knowledge I've gained from y'all. I've been at this for a couple years off and on, and somehow made some good pieces of meat, but every time I cook something it makes me more interested in learning. Plus it's that glorious time of the year we call college football season (Go Jackets!), so I know I'm going to be called upon to cook for tailgates occasionally...and for that I need to step my game up.
Currently making do with a modded ECB and an old Brinkmann gas grill in my way too small backyard, but I have a feeling my engineering background is going to get the better of me and I'm going to slap together a UDS (or probably something bigger) in the near future.
