Alright so I had this idea last time I went to Buffalo Wild Wings and had their greasy wing special.  I decided that I would make them better without the grease and self loathing the next day.  So if you wanna get the Buffalo Wild Wings taste without the guilt that comes with it.  Just go to your nearest BWW and get any of their sauces or dry rubs.  I think they are only 4 or 5 bucks.  I am really privy to the dry rubs that they offer.  My favorite is the desert heat.

Get a thing of your favorite wings at the grocery store

Take them out of the pack and split them up in 2 gallon size ziplock bags.

Put one tablespoon of olive oil (I used Extra Virgin but it's up to you)

Shake a generous amount of rub into the bags to coat all of the wings really well and let sit in the refrigerator for at least an hour (I did overnight)

When your ready to smoke just pull out of the refrigerator and put a bit more of the rub on to make sure the wing is covered all of the way.

Heat up the smoker to 250 and smoke for about 1:15 - 1:30.  It's hard to tell with thermometer unless you have a very meaty piece of meat to check with.

Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and a basket of homemade french fries and enjoy.

The end result will leave your wife (as long as she is a wing fanatic like mine is) and your stomach craving more.

Now with that said, say you want to use one of their delicious BBQ sauces.  Just go buy the sauce and do the same thing as before and give them an extra spin in the sauce at the end just to get that extra bit of flavor.  You won't be sorry for giving this one a try.

Here is a bit of the Q-View from my first try at this.  Lets just say between my wife and I there was no wings left at the end.

I did some of these a few weeks back.  I injected them and then a rub and the were GREAT!  These will be my new Sunday football meal.
