This is my second try at Turkey Legs and Wings. Last time I over-smoked them and the dried out. This time I brined them overnight in a brown sugar, salt and apple cider brine. Put them in the pellet smoker, I used mix of oak/apple/hickory pellets. Set the temp to 225 degrees and left them alone for one hour. Next I turned the temp up to 325 degrees, basted with some sweet BBQ sauce and added some whole peeled Carrots. After another 30 minutes I then added the MN Sweet Corn and basted Turkey one more time. After another 30 Minutes I added some Garlic Cheese Bread. A couple buddies stopped by and 15 minutes later I served them up a complete meal made in the pellet smoker/grill. They quickly gobbled it all down and looked at me and said "what's for dessert"?  I answered, how about a smoked apple pie! I will show you how I did that next time.

Good looking meal!
