Using A/C Leggs hot Italians and southern seasoning blend. Time for mixing and sore hands.
Ready for smoker tomorrow after a night of soaking up some seasoning. The one pound of Italian not stuffed is for the ABT’s. My stuffer broke with less than a pound to go. Dang plastic gears. I see a new one on my horizon. At least 10 pounds and all stainless gears. At least sausagemaker is sending me a new set.
