I've been catering BBQ's for 10 - 12 years, grilling and pit mostly, just never did much smoking. Couple tons of pit beef per year.
Recently I've been getting more and more requests for pork and have been buying it. Finally decided I could save a bunch, have a lot more fun and hopefully end up with a better product than those 5lb tubs from the food distributor by cooking myself..
I found the SMF while shopping for an entry level smoker. Seems like a great group of people and looking forward to learning a lot!
