I'm a newbie and this is the first time i'm using our electric smoker. I've been reading online and seeing so many different instructions on how to properly smoke chicken breasts.
We have about 9 bacon wrapped chicken breasts, that were brined for about 3 hours last night and then I put my rub on I and wrapped in bacon and its waiting for the smoker.
I've read that 2-3 hours is perfect but then in just as many other places I've read 5-6 hours for boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Any input as to how long is a good time for these? Also at what temperature would you suggest? That is another thing I'm finding varies greatly.
