I can't tell you how happy i am that football season is finally upon us,   looking forward to next weekend Miami Florida Game and will have a huge party for that,   but for this weekend just me and the pup so we need a rack of ribs to help us through the day

Pup is keeping a good eye on the proceedings

A nice st louis rack of ribs with very basic but quite tasty rub

Simple rub,   brown sugar,  jerk seasoning and some ground up Ghost peppers for the little extra kick!!!!

decided we need some chicken wings, these are marinaded in dr pepper, soy sauce and brown sugar

Enjoy the Florida-Miami game. I know I will since It's going to be the last of the series for the forseeable future, which is a shame. It's been a great rivalry, but money talks.
