Thank you for all the post on this forum, Any time I search a question about smoking ,and followed advice from here, I have had great results. so I decided to join.
I been using a an offset smoker for about 6 years now. smoked everything from salmon, chicken, pork butts, brisket, wings, sausages. I have a few more things to try like a whole Turkey and a good size Prime rib.
First smoker TSC $120 special off set - too small, very inconstant heat, Burned out the thin tin fire box
Current Smoker $220 Char - Broil Off set-. so far, Happy
I am from Belleville Ontario, Canada
I Find any excuse to fire up the smoker.
