Hi, been reading on your forum the last few weeks & took in heaps of info! could not work out to buy a cheap Komado or a wsm? but went the wsm way! had my second cook on it Monday! did a Lamb shoulder that turned out great (12 hours sat on temp the full way), much better then my first attempt, pork loin roast with tooooooo much hickory, my wife said it tasted like a bush fire, but the dogs loved it!
the wife brought 4.2kg of beef ribs, that we intend to cook on the weekend! will get in touch with you guys about that!
