Hi y'all! I am new to this site. I'm in sunny CA and have been smoking since about 2005. Started as a hobby and has quickly grown to be one of my many passions. The equipment I use...custom made 55 gallon drum, Brinkmann propane smoker, and charcoal barrel smokers x 2 (type you buy at Lowe's) I have visited this site often in the past and have seen some very good recipes and tips. Fatties ( Baconators in my world to avoid the "fattie" comments) have become a favorite of my fishing crew. I've done ribs, pork butts, chicken, ABT's, and brisket. If it can be smoked, I will try it.
