Smoked another meatloaf today with a can of hot and spicy Spam for an appetizer. Saw someone post some Spam not long ago and discovered a can I had forgotten about. kinda decorated it and smoked it for a bit over an hour. Pretty danged yummy, but very spicy hot! Had to slice a fresh Mater to go with it.
Meatloaf came out just superb once again! Next time I will cube some Cheddar cheese and put in maybe half a pound when I'm mixing everything in the meat. I'm sure someone has done this, so any tips on what IT to take the loaf to?
