My UDS build with Q-View!

The fire pit. Two pieces of expanded cold roll from Lowes, 12x24". Welded them together and then welded to a 16" grate from a Brinkmann ECB. The ash pan is a $3.27 Walmart pizza pan special lol.

My UDS build. The hooks are from Lowes, I think they were a couple dollars.

My first fatty. My wife and 11 year old son got in on making this- my son weaved the bacon together and my wife rolled it all up. I just watched lol.

There are very few things in life as pretty as this.

The fatty didn't last long, it was devoured! The shoulder turned out really good, too. Still had a lot of fuel left from the 14lb Kingsford bag I poured into the pit, so I ended up smoking a bunch of chicken breasts, too.

Hope you guys enjoyed the pics!
