Well I had this nice turkey breast and decided it would be better smoked. Well I put it in a brine all night then Took it out and rinsed it real good. Went out and got the old smoker going then got my breast rubbed down in side and out. It was on for about 3 1/2 hours at 250%. Took it off and let it rest for about 30 to 40 minutes while I got every thing else ready. It was a hit. Took it out at around 165%.
There is nothing like a good smoked turkey breast.
