So having a family reunion today, and everyone wanted me to bring pulled pork, so how can I say no, once again, Picked these two up bone in 15lbs total so about 7.5 each figured about  14hrs or so, Seasoned on Thursday night wrapped and into the fridge for 24hrs. Fri night after work come home get smoker warmed up.

Damper open for the first hr

going with Oak on this  trip

all rubbed down

Closer look

Lit and ready

Into smoker at 7:00 PM got to 137 in 4hrs (close enough for me) got up at 6 this morning and checked them

and they were only at 175IT must have had a hell of a stall in the night?? So I by passed my controller and cranked her up this morning and now they are cooking away going to shoot for 205IT

UPDATE 9 am and about 190 getting there we are to eat at 2 so with I think they will be done in 1hr or so then to the cooler for the rest of the time should be just right.

Would like more bark but they sure look moist

Well hope all the family and cousins like it.
