Looking good. The Cherry DP did take on some great color. Cant wait to see how they turned out!

Amnps didn't work out so great but it was my first time so I'll get the hang of it.

Well.. I dont have an MES.. but there are NUMEROUS threads on the right placement and what not for the amnps. ... keep trying.. and make sure yiu follow the directions ... the lighting part when you start is very crucial to the amnps working its greatness.

Chicken looks great ... specially the CDp.. they held their color.. I think we need a picture of the interior of the cherry chicken.. ;)

Nice work, looks great and moist. You have to torch the amzn pellets really good for 5 min and make sure to let them flame for a few minutes before going out. Relight so it can burn with flame for a few minutes minimum and then they won't go out.
