That is a cool little smoker. How is it vented? Do you use it inside or out?...JJ

Bradley BCS Counter Top Smoker

No way would i use it inside unless you had major draw venting.

Got a flat trimmed and rubbed down. Ready for the 2 rack this morning.

Used Head Country Seasoning and a few splashes of Worcestershire

Got the birsket in the 2 rack this morning.

Setting is PL 04

IT check in about 2 hours.

IT at pic time is 135*. I do think a stall will happen.

Dealing with some heavy rain today so its taking some time. Weather affects the BCS just like the Originals.

Flat stalled at an IT of 163.

Pulled it at an IT of 188 and FTC for 2 hours.

Sorry for the dull looking pics.

No smoke ring with the BCS either.

Moist and even some burnt ends.

Total time in the BCS for this small flat was around 3 3/4 hours. I used 3 pucks of hickory PL 04 setting.

That looks like a great smoker for small jobs or 2 people house holds. That Brisky is perfect. Do the pucks still only burn 20 minutes before they get dumped?...JJ

The BCS has some new operating ways to it. The pucks burn for 30 mins, no half burnt they burn 100% thru.

That's a nice feature. I have to spend a grand or so on other toys, bigger grinder, bigger motorized stuffer, Grill and few other goodies but I can see one of these in my future...JJ

I see toaster oven conversions starting here!
That's a pretty cool little smoker Rick!!!
Oh and the brisket looks good too!!!

The brisket looks delicious, Rick!  And I really like the looks of that little Bradley...must be about perfect for RV'ing.
