This weekend I decided to smoke pork chops for dinner during the week and give a shot at ABTs. Well while at the store the wife found beef ribs and asked me to smoke some. I can't turn down her getting excited about my new hobby. I'm about to put them in.

Not to fear, all will go good.  Today I smoked my ribs, my neighbour saw me, had his Better Half get some ribs, she bought 3 packs of them.  We then made a marinade, he kept the ribs in there for an hour or so.  Then he pulled out a Crock pot rib cooker, something I have never saw before, and put 4 - ½ racks into it at about 3 PM, the other 7 -  ½ racks, went into my smoker, at my 1 on a 3 2 1 smoke.   We started his ribs at 3 PM.

Needless to say, it has been a fun day.
