:well I got a late start today but I'm smoking some ribs chicken and going to do some fatties for the breakfast this week.:grilling_smilie: looking good so far 250 degrees using pecan and Royal Oak lumps

fatties came out well I used potato red and green peppers jalapeno and eggs and cream cheese
