I want the ice cream recipe.

I'll get it up here in a little while. I'm working on bread & getting things ready to eat. It's very easy to make so hopefully some people will give it a try

I used Roller's recipe & made some rolls to use for the rest of the pork.


I tripled the recipe & made some bread too

  Had a bit of trouble with that second loaf

  but it is gone now so it will be ok

I threw some of my "camp taters" on the grill to go with the meal.


The ones on the left have ground habanero & death rain nitro added to them

  The ones on the right are regular - grated onion, garlic, Italian seasoning & pepper.


I threw on a piece of the Linguica I just made too.


Done & ready to take off.

Nice easy meal & also quite filling

I have a piece of the fatty left for tonight & then all the good stuff will be officially gone

 The only good thing about that is that I will get to smoke some more stuff to eat now

We're gonna need a lot more info on the "ice cream stuff"...what we got here is a bunch of pictures and you know I need more than that!!!!

The RANDOM WALNUT evokes memories of RANDOM DANCING on iCarly - I have a teenager!!!!

But I gotta say....luv the RANDOM WALNUT!  ...and we need more on the Ice Cream Stuff!!!!!!!

As I was perusing this delicious post I noticed the smoked salt. What type of salt do you use and what do you smoke it on (pan, cookie sheet, foil, etc...).

I had this in an earlier post but here it is again with more detail

I use coarse sea salt so it doesn't fall through my screen - usually Del Destino Mediterranean from Italy but this time I tried La Baleine from France...

Any coarse salt will work those are just what is readily available to me.


I use this to smoke my salt. It is a grease spatter shield with the handle cut off.


I put it on a pizza pan to put the salt on & carry it to the smoker & back - it catches all the fine crystals that fall through the screen.


Here is a variety of smoked salt
