Questions about stuffers

Its time to move from using a grinder as a stuffer to using the real thing.  I am considering the LEM 5# w/steel gears or the Dakotah water stuffer.  Does anyone have advice or preferences on either of these?  Thanks, Ed

LEM 5Lb is the one i use. Stuffed thousands of lbs thru it.

Ed, morning.....  What nepas said.....   5# vertical.....    simple, effective and nothing to hook up......

i have both and I put the water stuffer away years ago!

I just wanted to thank you guys for your expertise. We got the Lem this weekend and just got to use it tonite.

I never thought stuffing ground meat could be so easy or go so fast! thanks again for your help.
