I ... alone... life... for real... loner, loser, etc.. it is what it is.... but I only realize it when I dont drink adult beverages .... which, I havent for  a couple days.. thats a first. Anyways. I got all this great food.. it taste wonderful.. and Im not bios cause I made it, my other sides in my head agree :P (only kidding, there is only three of us)..

anyways,, made a Jerk Chicken Salad Lettuce wrap bowl with yesterdays leftover,,,, IT WAS GREAT.. and its SAD>.. caues only my pups tried... no humans..... BLAH!!
Also got some beef hearts in the DO simmering away.. got a little mikey-mex spices in it (thats texmex but less tex....more mikey) :) Ill get it out of the oven around 5am.. yum... breakfast.... 

Also, since its just  Me, Me,Me, and my two pups.. I also finally fried up some Mule Pork Rind Pellets (that I followed his way except I dried over night pretty much in a 110*-130* smoker..)all this food... and just me 3... and my two pups :)


the pellets took longer to dry than I wanted and figured, but David said they wont Overdry out... I agree.... they took on some good color in the smoker... I did put smoked paprika on half the batch ( I did this almost a month ago, just forgot to post pics..... :P) but you can see after dried that have a different color thatn the other.... 



out of fryer.. and btw... be careful.. grease is hot... stupid greaes :P ...

anyways.. laptop about to die.. the rest of pics are coming....let me plud this great thing in... :P
 

basic chicken salad beginners.... no biggy.. celery.. onions long cut.. i whole garlic crushed and diced... some s/p.. paprika.. fresh pepper, and some sea salt....


yesterdays jerk chicken breast'ests... sliced chuckie style..... so good !!!!


lettuce bowl for lettuce wraps, with some thinly sliced 'maters.... more fresh pepper... 


bear view..??? the sea salt and coarse pepper really show. Guess thats my "bark" :P hehe


celery sticks for munchies, and I ran out of silverware, so the celery also helps to mix the mayo when it sits for a bit....

breakfast pics (braisded beef heart) coming up.....
 

some beef hearts... was gonna try to slow smoke.. maybe do a FWIsmoker's version of his Beef Shank... but Im to darn lazy tonight.. let the Good Ol' Dutch do its thing.....


some lime slices... onion, garlic.. sea salt..pepper.. mex oregano, cumin.. tequila.. probably some more... 


oh yeah.. some chilpotles with the adobo sauce.. 


two coronas and a beef cube... bayleaf I think I remember...

not sure .. what ever I put in there 2 hours ago it smells great in my 895sqft home... its so small what ever is cooing takes over the whole darn house.. good or bad!!! (Usually good) :) 

anyways, thanks for letting me vent some stress ... some of you have become my only peeps I know these days. I thank yall :)

They were good.. and spicey ;) In the dutch all night.. they where almost melting away in the broth ;) I just pulled the meat and reserved the broth for a later date.. be a nice warmup meal when the weather is right.
