Picked up a $10 Brinkmann Gourmet Electric Smoker on Craigslist and recently smoked my first chicken breast. Flame ups aplenty, chicken didnt finish cooking and I went to bed at 1am! It was awesome. My hands smelled like smoke all day.
I know my smoker is not a very good one, but I'm not picky. I homebrew and my dream is to get this down where I can have a consistent experience.
I'm brining a small chicken now (half/half salt and brown sugar) and will let you know how it goes!
