Awesome  getting a  grinder and stuffer for your birthday but your also getting an adventure along with it... There is nothing like making your own sausage creations................icon14.gif

Happy birthday from all of us at SMF

There is nothing like people who give you great gifts. You will love them. I started making sausage with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. It grinds ok but the stuffing was as much fun as running a marathon in high heels.

I don't know if you've made sausage before but home made is a real treat. My first smoking project was Andouille. I am still addicted to it.

You will love it.

I have started making sausage and I did it all with my KitchenAid and yeah that was painful.  Looking now for a new stuffer.

Congrats on the gifts.  So which are you getting?
