Might as well start with a cold smoke, cheese and butter. Then finish off the day with some abt's, scarbelly wings, and several racks of ribs!

It's used to emulate the taste of charcoal cooking when using a gas or electric smoker. By no means can you taste the charcoal like you would on a charcoal smoker but it does it's best.
