Going at doing my first Boston Butt this weekend, Its a 9.5 lber. Ive been smoking for about 6 months and have been
studying more than cooking. But on most every cook I did very well. (the first rack of ribs, well anyway)
Im excited about this cook for Ive never done butts before, mainly baby backs and spare ribs.
I do look foward to chatting and sharing different ideas and events with everyone.
