Shame on me…shame on me…
After looking at my account, I realized that I never posted some Q-view! This was actually, I think, my 4[sup]th[/sup] or 5[sup]th[/sup] sausage making time. My wife requested this time around some spicy fresh Mexican Chorizo and I decided to take a shot at Cougar78’s Thai chicken sausage. Here’s the link:

As far as the chicken sausages go…personally these were not my preference. Maybe it’s because I’m a pork guy, but I had a hard time getting past the texture of the chicken with the rice and peanuts. Good flavor, but not for me.
