Hey guys! My names Rob, and im from Sydney, Australia. I am a complete rookie to smoking. Being that I am from Australia smoking is not as big here as it is in the states. Over here people tend to grill more. I have grilled on a gas bbq for years but want to get started in the smoking game.
I have eaten smoked foods and yummmmmm!!! I have decided I am going to learn how to do it and do it well!!! Me and my dad have just started making sausages and maltese cheese so would be great to start smoking them. I may annoy you guys with plenty of questions, but seeing the photos of the beautiful foods you guys are churning out, how can I not! In fact I'm on my way to post a question about smokers now.
