LOOKS AWESOME!!!!!!! did you have to flip the pig over while smoking? I'm building a RF smoker now and this is one thing I would like to try in it. I will be posting pictures and thank you's to everybody that helped me with info on the build soon!!!!

Keep on smokin'!!!!

Thanks Russ

I did not flip it, and the little guy was perfect, except maybe next one I will inject some flavours.

Very nice looking - good color.

For the guys doing larger pigs and asking for cooking times, I always have used a home built, above ground box oven with a small row of charcoal on either side underneath (no charcoal directly under the pig)  I've cooked a 70 lb pig in 5 hrs and a 110 lb pig in 8 hrs with this rig.  The temperature inside the box gets north of 400 degrees.  Here are a couple of pics.

This was about 50-70 lbs.  Just starting and I am separating the charcoal into two rows, one to the front and one to the back.

Done and ready to pull out and carve
