My name is Cindy and we live in south western Michigan. We are avid hunters and have been paying a meat processor for venison summer sausage for years. This year we decided to try our own and bought a Smoke Hollow electric smoker. Gotta say our first attempt was a disaster and wasted 6 lbs of good meat. Looking for some help and ideas.
