Tried my first Baby Backs using 2-2-1:
Thin layer of mustard with homemade rub.
Let sit overnite.
After the foil a little ovrer 4 hrs in.
After 20 minute rest off smoker (Brinkmann offset with lump charcoal, mesquite and apple)
Nice smoke ring, vey moist!!
Platted with homemade garlic rolls and sweet corn
