Tonight's dinner with the girlfriends parents.

Decided to make some spareribs for dinner tonight at the girlfriends parents house, picked up 2 slabs and took off the flap, membrane and the part of the breast bone, think is what it is, seasoned up with some rub I made a while back. First time using the rib rack, into the cookshack for about 6 hours, they are now wrapped in foil and sitting i the smoker to keep warm until we leave in a little while.

They were great moist and just enough tug to get them off the bone clean. Had fresh corn on the cob, a tossed salad and some noodles cooked in the broth from a roast I did in the pressure cooker last night. Everyone liked them and it was a great meal with family.

by the way dont ever tell my wife i called someones wife/girlfriend a "ole lady" because she absolutely HATES it! wife.gif

Ole lady.. that's funny.  Ribs look mighty tasty!  I would sure like a sliced shot :)

The GF laughs at me enough now when I take pictures of food, she wanted to get them wrapped and put back in, to keep warm.
