Decided to make some spareribs for dinner tonight at the girlfriends parents house, picked up 2 slabs and took off the flap, membrane and the part of the breast bone, think is what it is, seasoned up with some rub I made a while back. First time using the rib rack, into the cookshack for about 6 hours, they are now wrapped in foil and sitting i the smoker to keep warm until we leave in a little while.
