I had been determined to be a "Smoking Fanatic" by the forum rules. I have had so much support from the forums that I paid to support the forum. Now I am identified as a "Premier". I have to admit, I preferred being a fanatic to being a premier. What do you think?Disco

I am a premier too.

Glad to support a great forum.

I have become a better cook from the members here.

Even built my own smoker.

Hey Disco, "Premier" takes precedence over everything, even OTBS (except moderator). It is a very high recognition because you are basically a paying sponsor of the site. Being "Premier" is something to be proud of but if you want your ranking to be displayed I can ask an admin to change it for you, let me know!

LOL...nothing wrong with Premier! You can always add "fanatic" to the Canadian Smoker!

BTW Disco, I made the brined pork loin ham from your "head to head" thread. Had a little taste after steaming and it is awesome. Thanks for the info on it.

As usual, the forum has solved my problem. Alesia's suggestion was brilliant. I am now a Fanatic Canadian Smoker.

We all have a long way to go, if there was an end, what fun would it be? For me it's the learning and trying new things that keep me so intrigued. Reading/seeing all the great ways to try new things from all the talent on here makes me not able to stop thinking of what I can try next! If I knew everything I would have gave up and moved on to something else.
