Well Im new at this game, but are very interesting in learning. I have a Smoker thats built in Texas.. Im out of town at the moment, but will update on that.
Anyway its like the Oklahoma joe's side firebox burner with a smokestack type. Ive done some Ribs at first, but they were well not great but eatable.
Over a 3 month period of time Ive become addicted to the BBQ Pitt Masters Challenge on cable, and have to say have learned alot.
But by no means know enough. Im looking forward to meeting and researching here as much as possible, and know with what Ive seen so far in some of these threads at various comment, Ive came to the right place.
