Somewhat new to smoking, i just purchased my second smoker a mes 40. I also have a stick burner that i have used in the past but i wanted something easier to use. I am mostly interested in the wild game aspect of smoking, but often cook other things as well. Thanks for the wealth of information on this site.

About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions Post it
and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is because their
are so many different ways to make great Q We all have our own taste.

HI Andrew, and welcome aboard!  These forums are a great place for sharing ideas on smoking, grilling, curing, etc.  There are plenty of friendly, knowledgeable folks who really enjoy helping one another.  Looking forward to your input here.

Andrew, I forgot to mention we are having our 3rd annual South Florida Gathering in November, you might want to check it out. Just a bunch of good people hanging out at a State Park smoking and eating some real good Q all weekend. We are planning on making a bunch of sausage and maybe some jerky in a makeshift smokehouse, this should be fun! There is also a friendly competition smoking ribs and chicken!
