Hi there , I am Kelly , and I just bought my first smoker. Benn an avid fan of BBQ for ever , and recently , having more time at home I decided to start smoking . My beginning rig is a Charbroil 2 door vertical propane smoker. The first thing I want to smoke in there is either a brisket or links . Any suggestions on the type of sausage is best for smoking??
