Here's my baby. Puts a smile on my face every time I play with it....... All most 4000 sq inches of cooking area.

Looks fantastic.  What are you using for a heat source?

Nice build. lets see some smoke. Is it going to be a hot smoker? or cold only?

Thanks guys. It's going to be a multitasker of hot an cold. Heat source is propane with amps. I've used it a few time already. Bacon an chesse turned out pretty freaken good. I'll try to find pics. Smoking a few Kings Sunday.
